Update from New Jersey Department of Health Regarding COVID Testing and Vaccination:
The New Jersey Commissioner of Health has announced that patients are now exempt from pre-procedural COVID-19 testing and self-quarantine if the patient provides proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine) and is currently asymptomatic. Patients and visitors must bring their original or a copy of their COVID vaccination card to the Surgery Center on the date of their procedure.

Most importantly, we ask that patients who are experiencing any cough, shortness of breath, fever, or other flu-like symptoms, to please stay home and reschedule their appointments. Also inform us if you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Cov-19 or have recently traveled out of state.
